Floral Stained-Glass Mosaic

Spring and summer inspire us to get outside, plant a garden, and make something beautiful! In this hands-on workshop you’ll design and create a 10" x 10" floral mosaic for indoor display. You will learn mosaic terminology, the design process from concept to completion, and how to cut and shape stained glass using multiple tools. Denise will offer tips on mosaic design, explain how to choose and use mosaic-specific adhesives, and grouting and finishing methods for a clean, polished result.
You may choose from several templates provided in class or bring your own design. If you choose to use your own design, design dimensions must be 10” x 10”, it must be printed on paper, and a simple line drawing with no shading. Your materials fee covers all your supplies.
