Learn practical techniques for working with a variety of foods, arranging them artistically, and creating boards that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and occasions. 
You will create your own vegetarian charcuterie board, sample a variety of ingredients, and leave with recipes, presentation tips, and inspiration for bringing people together around the table.Perfect for home entertainers, food lovers, and anyone interested in combining creativity, healthy eating, and community building through food.Your materials fee includes all of your ingredients and a 12” bamboo charcuterie board.

Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.

Students may not use cell phones during class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
