Learn to make delicious, nourishing, freezer-friendly, grab-and-go snacks that are easy to prepare at home. Whether you're looking for quick breakfasts, lunchbox favorites, post-workout fuel, or satisfying afternoon snacks these recipes make healthy eating easy—even on your busiest days!
Store-bought bars, muffins, and other snacks are often loaded with added sugar and refined ingredients. Homemade versions can be just as convenient and deliver lasting energy and wholesome nutrition. In this hands-on class, you'll bake high-protein muffins, naturally sweetened breakfast cookies, whole foods granola, and no-bake energy bites using whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-dense ingredients. Along the way, Zoë will share simple techniques for boosting protein, reducing added sugar, and customizing recipes to suit your taste and dietary preferences.

You'll leave class with a generous assortment of homemade snacks, the recipes, and the confidence to stock your kitchen with wholesome grab-and-go options all week long.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
