Hand Pies: Sweet and Savory Flavors

Please read:  Students will work in two-person groups to complete recipes, so come prepared to make some new friends!

If you want to have recipes on hand during class please print your recipes at home. Recipe links are provided in your friendly reminder email you receive from Extension 3 days prior to class start.

Laminated recipes are available for group-use only in the kitchen, and are not available to take home.

Please note the following guidelines for culinary classes:

• Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.
• Students may not use cell phones during class.
• Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
