ClassGraphic One of your primary responsibilities as a leader is to drive your team toward results. This involves being crystal clear about where you are heading, and why, and then managing the needs, expectations and workload of your team in order to achieve those results. In this course, you will:
  • Explore how to breakdown results and an organization's long-term strategic direction into goals
  • Create SMART Goals and follow-up plans that lead to desired results 
  • Learn what helps and hinders reaching our goals
