ClassGraphic As a leader, you are called upon to lead yourself and others through change. It is critical to understand the process of change so you support and guide others appropriately.  In times of change, it is important for us to deepen our capacity to act with presence, purpose and awareness as we lead others toward new horizons.  In this course, you will:
  • Develop a deeper understanding of your role as a change leader 
  • Explore a dynamic model for leading organizational change
  • Learn coaching skills that will inspire and motivate your team
