Attention gardeners! Toads and frogs provide free pest control and they especially love snails and slugs. Unlike birds, they work all night long. Many local species suffer from severe habitat loss, but you can help! Learn more about toads, frogs, and other local amphibians, how to attract and support them, all while constructing your own toad abodes. You will create whimsical small homes and “hotels” from creative and beautiful salvaged materials. Class will meet at the beautiful Horticulture Center, high atop Cabrillo’s campus with sweeping views of Monterey Bay.
This class will close for registration 2 days prior to class to allow time for your instructor to prepare materials and supplies for you!

Bring your lunch and a drink.
