This interactive class explores natural strategies to promote vitality, healthy hormone balance, restful sleep, mental clarity, digestion, and stress resilience.
Learn which foods and culinary herbs can nourish the body, support healthy aging, and enhance overall well-being, and how to identify habits that may contribute to fatigue and imbalance. You'll also explore simple daily practices that can increase energy, improve sleep quality, and promote long-term wellbeing.

Through guided self-assessment and practical activities, you'll develop a personalized healthy aging plan with diet, lifestyle, and emotional release practices. You'll leave with an easy-to-implement program to support vibrant aging for years to come.
