Learn the art and science of making high-quality herbal tinctures in this hands-on workshop. You'll discover the differences between fresh and dried herb tinctures, how to select the appropriate alcohol strength for different plant materials, and the fundamentals of creating potent, shelf-stable herbal extracts.
The class will focus on unique botanicals traditionally used to help the body adapt to stress and support immunity. A perfect addition for your winter apothecary. You'll explore the properties and traditional uses of several adaptogens and immune boosting herbs.

Working step by step with instructor guidance, you will prepare and bottle a personalized tincture to take home. You'll also receive recipes, formulation guidelines, and practical resources to confidently continue making tinctures in your own kitchen.
