Can the foods you eat influence how you feel? Emerging research in nutritional psychology suggests the answer is yes. The connection between food and mood is stronger than many people realize, with studies linking dietary patterns to stress resilience, anxiety, depression, focus, and overall mental well-being. Explore the science behind the food-mood connection and learn how everyday foods can support brain health and emotional balance. Discover the role of the gut-brain axis, inflammation, blood sugar regulation, and key nutrients involved in mental wellness. Elizabeth will discuss practical strategies for incorporating more mood-supporting foods into your diet, including vegetables, fruits, beans, whole grains, healthy fats, and fermented foods.
Whether you're looking to boost your energy, improve focus, reduce stress, or simply feel your best, you'll leave with evidence-based insights and simple, sustainable habits you can begin using right away. You’ll learn simple preparations and taste your way through each of the top nutrient categories associated with increase in focus, energy and emotional well-being.
