Through journal exercises, quick sketches, group activities, and dyad work, you will gain insights into the ways art making enhances your personal growth. You will leave with awareness tools that will support your journey in art-full living, a deeper understanding of the role your art practice plays in your life, recognition of the unique set of strengths you bring to your art practice, an identification of your creative inhibitions, and a recognition of the importance of generosity, gratitude, and friendship.
