This intimate, heart-centered workshop invites women to reclaim menopause as a powerful life transition rather than something to endure. Through movement, discussion, education, and simple somatic practices, you’ll learn how to support your changing body, honor your emotional landscape, and reconnect with your inner wisdom during perimenopause and menopause.
Dr. Bean will offer a clear, grounded overview of female hormones—what naturally shifts during peri and post-menopause, why symptoms arise, and how to navigate this phase with greater balance. You’ll explore practical, natural strategies to reduce common symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disruptions, mood changes, weight fluctuations, and brain fog. Learn how to stabilize your hormonal rhythm, support adrenal and thyroid health, and cultivate long-term vitality so you can move through this transition with confidence and ease.

You will explore tools for easing symptoms, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating vitality—while building a supportive community of women walking a similar path. Leave with renewed clarity, grounded guidance, and a deeper sense of agency in your own healing.
