We will begin our weekend by learning how to use a sewing machine, including threading, filling a bobbin and changing a needle. Once comfortable with using a machine we will explore the basics of sewing while creating a pair of pajama pants. The materials fee will cover the pattern and elastic for pajama pants and additional sewing supplies. However, please bring the following supplies to class with you. No substitutions please!
Pro tip! If you plan on putting your pajama pants in the dryer, please wash and dry your fabric before class starts to minimize shrinkage.
Pajama Pants:
The amount of fabric required will depend on the size pant you want to make.

Size LRG-XL (hip measurement of 42” to 50”) - 3 yards of woven cotton or flannel fabric
