Learn about the world of Italian pasta in this class designed to expose attendees to the great variety of everyone’s favorite starch. You’ll get to learn how extruded pasta differs from fresh pasta. Learn about how to make ravioli and other stuffed pastas. We’ll also make pasta sauces like marinara, Bolognese and Alfredo. Come hungry as everyone will get their fill of pasta from this class!
