ClassGraphic Pizza bursting with the vibrant colors and bright flavors of spring! Learn to create delicious pizza by making dough from scratch, using cheese specially curated by Cheeseshop 831, and topping it with the best local and seasonal ingredients. You will roll and toss your dough and prepare your fresh, seasonal toppings like spring onions, fragrant basil, or ribbons of zucchini. Ingredients will be guided by the freshest produce and cheeses available. You will take two delicious pizzas home with you for dinner along with ideas to inspire your pizza making throughout the seasons.
Students must wear closed-toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
