Easy Vinyasa Yoga


Vinyasa Yoga, sometimes called flowing yoga, is a technique of Yoga practice where posture sequences are connected with the breath. Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and TriYoga are examples of yoga styles that incorporate the vinyasa technique. The most well-known vinyasa is the Sun Salutation, a sequence of yoga poses in which the movement into each pose is synchronized with the inhale and exhale of the breath.

This is a practice program suited for those who are just beginning yoga, or those just wanting a more relaxing form of yoga. It is also well suited for anyone recovering from an injury or has some other physical limitation yet is still ambulatory.
