Description: Vinyasa Yoga, sometimes called flowing yoga, is a technique of Yoga practice where posture sequences are connected with the breath. Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and TriYoga are examples of yoga styles that incorporate the vinyasa technique. The most well-known vinyasa is the Sun Salutation, a sequence of yoga poses in which the movement into each pose is synchronized with the inhale and exhale of the breath.

This is a more challenging yoga practice that emphasizes intermediate level poses that build strength and endurance. Ideal for the more active adult who wants to complement their lifestyle with a strength-based yoga program.
