« back to classes page
Learn to make silk scarves with the bundle-dyeing method as you create fun and unique gifts perfect for the holiday season. In this workshop, you will rely on beautiful dried botanical materials to create a gorgeous watercolor-like effect on your silk scarves. Jill will guide you on setting up your bundle dye, making selections, and color shifting to change the colors of your scarf. You will have time and materials to make two 20” x 20” silk scarves during class. You will receive a handout listing all materials needed to continue to make more at home, steps for dyeing, and plants to use for color, including easy garden varieties.
This is an all-levels workshop and no prior experience is required.
