Join Chef Stephany in the Cabrillo Bakeshop to explore the craft of baking New York Bagels that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and your favorite, fluffy Boardwalk Pretzels with crunchy, coarse salt. Learn to make, shape, boil and bake this hearty yeast dough following Chef Stephany’s quick and easy steps. Dips and spreads will be on hand to sample with our baked goods and there will be plenty to take home as well! No experience necessary, all materials provided in class. Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
