These flaky, yummy pies can be filled with sweet or savory filling, and creamy cheeses. Join Chef Stephany to learn how to make the perfect flaky butter crust from scratch (it’s easier than you think) then fill the crust with delicious fillings. You will take home a pastry box with several of each flavor, to eat right away, or to freeze for later - yum! No experience necessary, all materials provided in class. Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
