Alternatives to Tofu - High Protein Meals That Rock

Why limit yourself to tofu when there are so many other high-protein plant foods to choose from that work better for your body and taste amazing?! Tofu and other soy products can be harder to digest than we think. In this fun and inspiring class, we’ll explore alternatives to tofu and discover a whole world of plant-based proteins to sustain you, help you build muscle mass, and curb unhealthy cravings. You’ll learn the Ayurvedic art of vegetarian food combining, the one-pot meal all plant-based people must know, and how to make your own plant-based milk and homemade nut and seed butter. We’ll also make recipes such as Quinoa Pancakes, High-Protein Pesto, and Black Bean Brownies. You will get to prepare a high-protein meal that rocks and will go home with tasty recipes and the skills to wow your family and friends!
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
