ClassGraphic Join Chef Stephany in Cabrillo’s Bakeshop to learn the art of making light, delicate, silky smooth pate a choux dough, used to create our favorite pastries; cream puffs and eclairs. You will fill your delicate pastries with fresh whipped cream and a rich custard, topped with a chocolate ganache. Everyone will be waiting for your return home with a box full of these delights!
No experience necessary, all materials provided in class. Students work in two-person groups to complete recipes, so come prepared to make some new friends!


Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
