In this hands-on class, you'll learn to prepare delicious vegetarian and vegan sushi rolls using perfectly seasoned Japanese sushi rice, homemade sushi vinegar, creamy Japanese-style mayo, tangy pickled veggies, and comforting miso soup.
Sharpen your knife skills as you slice veggies into sushi-worthy perfection, then get creative with vibrant, mouthwatering roll combinations. By the end of class, you’ll enjoy your own sushi feast—and take home a hand-crafted roll, a pint of miso soup, your new knife skills, and of course you can keep the inspiring recipes we shared with you on registration!
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
