ClassGraphic People give and receive information in unique ways. In order to communicate most effectively, we need to understand how to interpret the behaviors and language of others. Once we understand the needs behind behaviors, we can then relate them to our own needs in order to collaborate and support each other.  In this course, you will:
  • Learn about nonverbal and behavioral communication
  • Observe and interpret common workplace behaviors
  • Practice responding to behavioral communication
