ClassGraphic Learn to make this light and airy chiffon cake, filled with rich coffee custard, and covered in delicious coffee crunch bits! The distinct flavors, textures, and aroma combine to make the most heavenly combination of tasty, crunchy, coffee goodness - and this cake looks fabulous! Made famous by Blum’s Bakery in San Francisco in the 1950's and 1960's, this version is Stephany’s recreation of this iconic cake. Chef Stephany will show you how to prepare, cut, fill the chiffon cake, ice the cake, make the creamy, fluffy whipped cream for the top, and finish it off with the coffee crunch bits!
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
