Learn what foods to include in your diet to restore vitality, and which ones to avoid! Discover a daily routine that can help increase your energy, reduce your stress, and help you sleep better at night. Find culinary herbs and spices to promote digestion, balance hormones and restore the mind and body. During class you will create a personalized program to address your specific needs.

Please read:  Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
