Fall Leaves in Watercolors and Ink

ClassGraphic Fall leaves are full of rich colors, elegant silhouettes, and offer an array of sizes to choose from, even in California! Come spend the afternoon at the beautiful Horticulture Center, with sweeping views of Monterey Bay, painting a variety of fall leaves, inspired by the trees and foliage around us. Heidi will guide you through techniques including watercolor washes, wet-in-wet, line work, and shading. There will be plenty of time to practice and you will go home with new skills, and a lovely finished fall leaves painting.

All levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary!

No need to worry about purchasing or bringing anything to class. All tools, materials, and supplies, which are specially curated by Heidi, are provided in class. Each student will arrive to find their own individual watercolor work-station ready with everything they will need.
