Do you love the sweet, hard crunch of biscotti? Join Chef Stephany to prepare a traditional biscotti recipe that was handed down from an Italian grandmother. Learn the secret of how to prepare it so it has the perfect amount of crunch, but not so hard you need to dunk it in coffee! By the end of class, you will have two types of fresh-baked grandma’s biscotti, and the skills, tips, and tricks to prepare more at home - delizioso!

No experience necessary, all materials provided in class.

Students must wear closed-toed shoes and long pants and may bring their favorite apron.
