Mindful Creative Process for the New Year

ClassGraphic Join Heidi at the beautiful Horticulture Center, with sweeping views of Monterey Bay to explore her interpretation of Neurographic art. This meditative and mindful practice, that anyone with any level of experience can do, often produces transformational results.
This fascinating technique was developed by Pavel Piskarev, Russian architect, artist, and Dr. of Psychology. Practicing this method can open channels to our inner wisdom, silence out external “chatter” and help us experience different layers of understanding. It is full of possibilities, and a lot of fun! Colorful and free-form, each piece is unique to the creator. You will use fine tipped colored pens, colored pencils, and watercolor paints to create abstract pieces that are beautiful and convey a hidden meaning, known only to you.
Heidi will guide you through the process, and share how it has helped her in her creative practice. All materials will be provided, and all skill levels welcome, all you need to bring is an open mind!
