ClassGraphic There's nothing more comforting than the smell and taste of fresh baked bread! Learn to make a simple and lean yeast dough that can be shaped into a variety of different loaves. After preparing the dough, you will create and bake two loaves in class.  In addition to the two loaves, you will go home with enough dough to create more delicious bread at home; filling your house with that fresh baked bread smell! This simple yet versatile dough will soon become one of your go-to favorites for all kinds of baking. 

No experience necessary, all materials provided in class.

Students will work in two-person groups to complete recipes, so come prepared to make some new friends!

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
