Indulge in a hands-on experience as you learn to create delicious stocks, and both sweet and savory sauces from scratch. Join Chef Megan and discover the art of making hearty, rich chicken and vegetable stock, and a homemade roux to make velouté sauce (a smooth, velvety, savory sauce that's a key component of French cuisine). You’ll also make a creamy almond dipping sauce that is great with vegetables and crackers, as well as a delectable sabayon sauce (a rich and creamy Italian sauce made with egg, Marsala wine, and sugar with a voluptuous texture) to enjoy with berries and sponge cake. You will take home chicken stock, velouté, and almond dipping sauce. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to elevate your cooking game!
