Movement is a fundamental part of our biological design, with properly executed exercises being one of the keys to thriving health and lasting weight-loss. Gary will lead you through functional exercises to bolster muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and lung function. You will put movements into practice and by the end of class will have a versatile take-home exercise program to maintain wellness.

This course is friendly to all fitness levels and will be held in Cabrillo's state-of-the-art Wellness Education Center. Please wear clothes and shoes appropriate for exercise, and bring a water bottle!

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
