Come spend a week learning basic jewelry fabrication and small metal skills as you design and create your own jewelry in Cabrillo’s state-of-the-art Small Metals and Jewelry studio, one of the finest equipped studios in California. Learn to create small metal sculptures and unique jewelry using hand-fabrication techniques such as filing, polishing, sawing, forming, forging, stamping, cold connecting, texturing, coloring and more as you create your pieces using copper sheet, copper wires, and some fine silver. You will complete projects that are appropriate for your skill level, and that reflect your personal style and design ideas! You will go home with an understanding of small metal and jewelry tool skills, studio safety practices, and your beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces as well!
Your materials fee covers all supplies used in camp.

Please note that you must wear your hair tied back securely, wear long pants, and wear closed-toe shoes in the studio at all times.
