ClassGraphic Create a delicious and beautiful fruit tart using fresh, sweet seasonal fruit! Learn how to prepare a rich short-dough crust, fan and layer your fruit in creative patterns, and drench your fruit with a sweet, shiny glaze. You will take your 9” fruit tart home in a pastry box, along with your newfound fruit tart skills, ready to use with any of our local, seasonal fruit.
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Please read:  Please note the following guidelines for culinary classes:

Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.

Students may not use cell phones during class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
