Beginning Jewelry: Earrings

Start your jewelry-making adventure while creating three or more pairs of unique earrings. You’ll learn four or more ways to texture your designs while getting an intro to essential jewelers’ tools such as various hammers, the rolling mill, and the flex shaft. We’ll use a jeweler’s torch and solder to add a bezel and semi precious stone. You’ll learn to use simple wire wrap techniques to add beaded accents. Then learn to make your own ear wires and securely attach them to your earrings. You’ll leave with a collection of earrings that showcase your personal touch and the knowledge to make your own at home!
Material fee includes sterling silver sheet and wire, copper sheet and wire, semi precious stones and beads, solder, handouts, and use of all tools and equipment. Class size is limited so register early!
