ClassGraphic Finally! Indulge in truly delicious desserts that gluten-free folks can sink their teeth into and feel great about eating. We’ll keep the ingredients fresh, wholesome, organic, and 100% gluten-free. In this hands-on class, you’ll go beyond the realm of traditional baked goods and enter the expansive world of gluten-free desserts that will blow your mind with flavor, texture, and taste. We’ll prepare 5 very different desserts including Gluten-Free Tartine Brownies, My Favorite Olive Oil Cake, and Fresh Lemon Tarts. You’ll go home with new and inspired gluten-free dessert skills that will have you making gluten-free desserts to die for at home. Every student will go home with an 8-ounce container filled with samples of the desserts you make in class.
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Please read:  Please note the following guidelines for culinary classes:

Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.

Students may not use cell phones during class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
