French Tartlets with Valrhona Chocolate and Fruits

Learn to make classic recipes for French tartlets using French Valrhona chocolate. You will begin by learning how to make a classic sweet pastry dough, including the proper technique for rolling the dough, and how to place it inside the tiny pastry tins. In addition, you will learn to prepare additional unique, individual recipes as part of each tartlet. You will go home with recipes and three of your beautiful, fresh single serving 6-8” tartlets!
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.

Students may not use cell phones during class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
