Holiday Baking: Flourless Pumpkin Souffle Roulade & Parker House Rolls

Roulade is a fancy name for rolled-up cake, and this one is the perfect combination of flavors and texture! You will begin by learning how to make a light, tender flourless souffle and roll it with a rum flavored cream, then toast walnuts for the decoration. You will also learn to prepare buttery Parker House rolls, named after the Boston Parker House Hotel where they first originated during the 1870s. Join Chef Stephany at Cabrillo’s bakeshop to learn how to make these two baked goods that will be delicious additions to your holiday celebrations!

No experience necessary, all materials provided in class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.

Students must wear their hair tied back, or in a bandana during class.

Students may not use cell phones during class.

Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants.

Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
