ClassGraphic Bring delicious, plant-forward meals into your life without stress or sacrifice. This hands-on, flavor-packed workshop is full of tastings and simple recipes, and Elizabeth will dispel some myths, such as…
  • Carbs are not your enemy
  • Eating healthy is not more expensive
  • It’s not about what foods you don’t eat, but what foods you add
  • It’s not more work
  • Eating this way is fun
Learn to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle and explore what Mediterranean eating really is about, which is abundance, not denial, and so easy to build into your life! Learn to create abundant vegan, plant-based Mediterranean meals using simple, seasonal ingredients as you taste and discuss recipes that will awaken your senses and nourish your body. You’ll learn how to “course it up,” savor each bite, eat mindfully, and generally feel better while eating amazing food!

By the end of class, you’ll know how to keep it simple, boost your gut health, and make every meal a celebration. Plus, you’ll leave with practical tips and a fresh perspective on food that nourishes body, mind, and soul. Come hungry, curious, and ready to fall in love with your plate!
