ClassGraphic Blue Zones are regions where people regularly live vibrant, active lives past 100 years old. Blue Zones official recommendation is one serving of beans per day! This is likely because they are the unsung heroes of the world’s healthiest diets. They are budget-friendly, eco-friendly, nutritional powerhouses packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and antioxidants that help lower cholesterol, balance blood sugar, and keep you full and energized.
