Bake your way to the best of both worlds with sweet breakfast scones and buttery biscuits! Stephany will teach you the secret to the perfectly soft, flaky biscuit, and the trick for a tender, sweet scone. You will make scones with candied orange and golden raisins, and biscuits that are crisp in just the right spots, and have melt-in-your-mouth layers. You will go home with several of each for your family to enjoy!
No experience necessary, all materials provided in class. Students work in two-person groups to complete recipes, so come prepared to make some new friends!
Students must wear closed toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
