ClassGraphic Learn how to plant a “wildflower meadow” of California native plants for a beautiful seasonal display. Your meadow can be any size and any where! Jill will teach you how to identify a site, prepare the soil for planting, select and sow a seed mix, care for your flowers, and continue the show year after year. Most California annuals are spring-blooming, and this class will show you how to extend the season with annuals and easy perennials for long-lasting, low-maintenance color to support bees, butterflies, birds, and more!  You will take home a multi-page guide including all of the above information, along with a list of beneficial plants, a growing guide, and a calendar of activities for each season. You will also take home a seed mix to start your meadow right away!
