Ignite your musical passion as you create and record original songs, and add diverse instrumental elements to songs you create. Learn to navigate digital audio workshops, song write using rhythm, harmony and melody as the building blocks to your musical taste! Arrange musical elements into a composition, then record and edit tracks using midi, digital instruments, or even your own voice. You will take a tour of Cabrillo’s state-of-the art music education building, including the recording studio, and a backstage tour of the Samper Recital Hall! The week ends with a recital, or as we call it “the DJ off”, where your parents are invited to come experience everyone's creations.
No musical experience is required to become your own mini music producer and bring home your own music!

Your materials fee covers your month-long Soundtrap subscription with access to tens of thousands of presets, and your USB to fill with your sounds and musical creations from camp!
