ClassGraphic Silver metal clay is like magic! It starts in clay form and then fires to .999 pure fine silver - more pure than sterling! Create two personalized projects while learning the essentials of working with metal clay. You will learn to shape and texture with simple tools to make solid silver jewelry without solder, saws, or toxic chemicals. You’ll make a mold to shape dimensional elements for your jewelry and can take the mold home and reuse in future pieces. Then learn to fire and finish your beautiful creations. After class, Creator Haven will fire your pieces in their jewelry kilns and pre-polish them with their magnetic tumbler. You will return to pick up your finished pieces and add patina one week after the last class. Please allow 10 minutes to add patina.

Total cost for materials will vary within the stated range and is based on the silver market. Materials include kiln firing, shared chemicals and supplies and the required metals (or metal clays). Gemstones, if used, are available for sale at a discounted rate.

Materials fee will be between $100-$130 paid in class

No experience necessary!  Class size is limited so register early!
