ClassGraphic Learn to bezel set gemstones in silver metal clay as you create a one-of-a-kind pure silver pendant. You’ll learn how to create a bezel, the secrets of dealing with technical difficulties, and embellishing techniques that take advantage of the special properties of metal clay. There is no soldering required for this method! Your materials fee includes your choice of one semi-precious cabochon, fine silver bezel wire, fine silver metal clay, firing, and shared materials and consumables. After class, we will fire your pieces in jewelry kilns and pre-polish it with a magnetic tumbler. When you return to pick up your finished piece a week after the last class, please allow 15 minutes for Pat to teach you to set the stone and add patina.
Total cost for materials will vary within the stated range and is based on the silver market. Materials include silver metal clay, silver wire, semiprecious gemstone, firing and consumables.
Materials fee will be between $115-$165 paid in class
Class size is limited so register early!

Previous metal clay experience recommended.
