Farm Tour & Lavender Syrup Tasting at Lavender Creek

Stroll through rows of lavender and learn how this incredible plant is grown, harvested, and used for wellness, crafts, and cooking. Explore English lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia) known for its culinary value, and discover how lavender is dried and prepared for everyday use. You will pick your own small bundle of lavender to take home, while enjoying the natural beauty of the Arroyo Seco area of South Monterey County. Your time at the farm will include instruction on how to prune lavender each year, incorporate lavender into recipes, and a live lavender syrup preparation and taste testing. After the tour, you will have time to relax outdoors and enjoy your bring-your-own picnic down by the creek, covered by a cooling canopy of oak trees. Bring your camera!
