ID : 11447
« back to classes page

Take your dichroic jewelry adventure in new directions! Learn two ways to etch designs on dichroic glass, make multicolored pattern blanks for creating several pieces of jewelry from one fired piece, and learn to slump dichroic glass into intriguing shapes. You’ll learn coldworking and shaping techniques with a variety of power tools. In between classes your pieces will go through one or more overnight kiln firings. You’ll leave with several unique pieces of jewelry to gift or wear yourself. You’ll have a choice of findings to make your pieces into earrings, pendants, hair ornaments or magnets. To allow for firing, you’ll return to pick up your final pieces and add findings one week after class.

No experience necessary! Class size is limited so register early!
