Please read:  Classes at Four Acorns Farm are held in the rare breed poultry barn. You will enjoy a tour of the poultry barn which includes state of the art watering system, predator and rodent proofing, six separate runs, grow-out pens, and a chick nursery with incubators and brooders. Laura has several breeds on site, including Giant Cochins, German Bielefelders, Bantam Calico Cochins, and other beautifully plumed breeds! Please arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. That gives you time to park, take a quick bathroom break if necessary, and be ready to begin right on time! Also, please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and dress for the weather. Four Acorns Farm is located at 5752 Freedom Boulevard. Look for the sign with the chicken! Heading west on Freedom Blvd., it is a left turn just before Bamboo Giant. There is ample parking for 10 cars onsite, as well as parking along Freedom Blvd. if necessary. Four Acorns Farm accepts only cash, PayPal, and Zelle for any supplies you purchase.

In the event of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions, your instructor will be reaching out to you by phone and/or by email no less than two hours before the scheduled start time to let you know class has been cancelled. Be sure to check your voicemail and email prior to leaving for your offsite location, to be sure you haven't missed any communication from your instructor.
