Have you ever wanted to perfect the art of making handmade pasta, and add beautiful, natural colors? Join Taylor to learn how to create naturally colored spaghetti, fettuccine, and spinach & ricotta filled ravioli. Learn how to incorporate fruits, vegetables, spices, and some other surprising and unique ingredients into various colored doughs, noodles, and an assortment of ravioli shapes. You will also learn how to make the pasta dough, learn about rolling, sheeting, and resting the dough, and how to use a hand crank and electric pasta machine.
You will go home with recipes, the knowledge of how to make various shapes of handmade pasta, how to bring color into your pasta doughs, and four servings of your freshly made colored pasta!
Students must wear closed-toed shoes and long pants, and may bring their favorite apron.
