Thai-Yoga Body Work and Partner Stretching

Are you searching for a way to help reduce stress and tension, as well as increase exibility and movement in your joints? Thai-Yoga massage and body work is meant to open up and clear out energetic pathways throughout your body using active and passive stretching, breath-work, rocking and gentle compression. This class is offered in a fun, safe and relaxing environment, and the techniques are performed with each partner fully clothed without oils or lotions, on a comfortable mat on the floor.

Come to this 4-night class on your own, or bring your friend, sister, roommate, or partner to explore full body Thai-Yoga techniques. This class is perfect for those with an active lifestyle, or those looking for “easy to do anywhere” series of movements (hence the nick-name “lazy person’s yoga”).

Students receive a packet with movement sequences to follow and large mats are provided.

Please bring a clean bed sheet and large towel to class.
